Successfully executed two years running this cape was designed and manufactured as a cheap giveaway to support Halloween which one of the client’s major activities each year. The Halloween kit also included a t shirt with a glow in the dark skeleton design on it as well as fake blood and other devilish products. click on this image to see the glow in the dark t shirt!
